Six-storey hybrid timber construction apartment building located in Riga's green-belt area. The lower two floors are built with conventional construction materials, while the top four storeys feature load-bearing CLT structures. The building also includes a communal rooftop space for residents. CLT structural engineering design by Acetra (RS). 2024-2025.
